Breaking: Step down, Makinde ordered Lautech VC Professor Micheal Ologunde.


Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Friday has ordered the Vice Chancellor, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, Professor Michael Ologunde, to step aside till further notice by Obayomi

The report gathered by eaglenews says the action of the governor, was conveyed in a letter through the Commissioner for Education, Science, and Technology, Olasunkanmi Olaleye, on Friday.

Further findings by eagle's sight news  clearifies the decision of the governor been base on the dissolution of the joint ownership of the institution by Oyo and Osun.

However, there are further report/rumours  that the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso Chapter of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) might slam the action of Oyo State Government against the Vice Chancellor.
