Oyo Gov To Empower Additional 6700 Youths On Agricbusiness|Read Here


Oyo state Governor on Friday has suddenly announced an additional of 6700 youth to be trained in the ongoing  Youth  training on Agricbusiness in nasarawa state.

The Entrepreneurship In Agricbusiness is an Initiative by his excellency Engr SEYI Makinde. During the presentation of certificates to the first 300 trained youths, Oyo Goververnor llsurprisingly increase the numbers of beneficiaries from 3300 to 10,000. This is to fulfill ohis promise on youth inclusion and empowerment in the state.

The information gathered on his FB handle reads,

Today, we were at CSS Global Integrated Farms, Nasarawa State for the presentation of certificates to the first 300 Youth Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness Project (YEAP) beneficiaries who completed their training. The next batch of beneficiaries will resume immediately.

During the ceremony, I announced the increase of YEAP beneficiaries from the current 3,300 to 10,000. This is in keeping with our promise to make Oyo State youths the focal point of our third year in office.
