PDP Convention: Ilaka Congratulates Arapaja, Commends Makinde's Leadership Role


The immediate past Chief of Staff to the Governor of Oyo state, Chief Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka has congratulated the newly elected National Deputy Chairman of the best Political party in Africa, the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

The event which took place yesterday, at Eagle Square, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria.

In a statement released and made available to the press through his director of Communication on New Media, Opeyemi Rasheed Socrates,  Ilaka described the former ambassador to Kingdom of Jordan as a man of unblemished character with his track record of good Leadership and unification agenda is on the rescue mission to salvage the country from the current mess.

Oyo Central Senatorial hopeful added that the Successful conduct of the national convention is a pivotal step in 'Operation Rescue Nigeria' adding that PDP has shown its readiness to lead the charge.

He stressed further that, Governor Makinde’s unprecedented achievements in the last two and half years has restore the hope and trust in our party, PDP and all that is left is for us to unite as one and win more member for the Party.

The Oyo High Chief now charged all the elected National Working Committee executives led by Senator Iyorchia Ayu to justify their election by ensuring PDP dominate all State's come 2023 general election as that's the only way Nigerians can be free from the chain, called changed instilled by the present APC administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari.
