The Senior Special Assistant to His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde on Diaspora matters would like to announce to Oyo state citizens residing and studying in UKRAINE to be careful and security conscious with movements. 
Try as much as possible to stay indoors.
Please do submit your details with the Nigerian Embassy in Kiev. This way you can be contacted if there's urgent need to be evacuated.
